Dr. Nixon has over 30 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage & family therapist and 44 years of experience in the fields of mind-body therapies, healing, wellness and mindfulness.

Her passion is to help people heal from mental health conditions, physical health challenges, interpersonal and relationship difficulties and move forward in creating a healthy, happy & purposeful life. An expert in integrative behavioral health, mindfulness, healing and the transformational journey, she speaks, teachers and leads seminars for business organizations and community platforms.
