Aging is inevitable. Aging poorly or optimally is less determined by your genetics, as many people believe, and more determined by your lifestyle behaviors. Your behavioral health habits significantly impact your everyday health, aging and longevity. Learn current concepts, principles and behaviors that contribute to good health, living your best and aging well.

In this 6-week engaging, educational, motivational group, we explore contemporary principles and behaviors for achieving and maintaining good health and maximizing longevity.  You will apply these concepts and practices to your personal health goals.

Limited to 6 Adult Seniors, 60+
